Cut Flowers Workshop: Bulbs and Tubers
Join us for a spring workshop celebrating the beauty and versatility of cut flowers grown from bulbs and tubers, and grasp some tips and tricks just as the time comes to start getting summer bulbs in the ground.
During an inspiring talk and live demonstration, Kirsty - the grower and florist behind Trewithen Cut Flowers - will share her expert knowledge on selecting, splitting, planting and caring for bulbs and tubers to create abundant arrangements when summer arrives. From dahlias and ranunculi to lesser-known favourites, Kirsty will give guidance on varieties that thrive in Cornish conditions, as well as tricks she finds keep pests at bay.
The workshop will take place in the gardens, from 10am until 12pm.
This is the first of a series of cut flowers workshops we will be hosting this season.
